I love this podcast! It is informative, entertaining and at times even educational. I definitely hope that Tyler sticks with this format for many years to come. My only small critique would be that more often than not Tyler tends to talk AT his guests and not so much WITH his guests. To elaborate: I don't see the point of having a guest on if the host talks for 2/3 of the run time. But that is a rather small complaint and I otherwise absolutely adore this podcast. Been following along for a few years and it is so helpful to listen to his thoughts and those of his fellow creators
We already know that you are intelligent and that you know a lot about filmmaking and gear.
But the one thing that has made me turn off your podcast and move on has been how much you talk over your guests. It is almost like you need all of us to think you're smart. We do. I assure you of that. Let your guest talk. Give them room. If you're talking for over half of the podcast, something is wrong. Let them explain themselves. Let them elaborate.
Just some advice.
Easily one of my favorite podcasts of all time. Tyler is a stud.
