  • When keeping it real goes right!

So many gems in this most recent episode, from parenting and advocating for a child with health challenges, to balancing work and family with two very driven partners. I loved the vulnerability in sharing the challenges and the solutions that were provided. Will be sharing this episode with others!

  • Love this show!

This last episode on being “In Love with Love- with Azur-De” was sooo good! The host was dropping so many gems! Her communication and hosting skills are top notch. I am for sure am going to hire her as my coach. Spicy’s ability to balance creating a safe space for her guests to be vulnerable, while still asking them the challenging questions, bringing in expertise, personal experience and humor are hosting skills on another level! I can’t wait for her tv show to come out !

  • Podcast etiquette

I really want to love this podcast, great topics but I wish Spicy would let her guest talk more & it’s very hard to listen to this podcast with her smacking her lips throughout the whole episode. That’s so cringe for listeners to endure. A little podcast etiquette would go a long way!
