  • Excellent!

Just Two Friends (and their guests) discussing and reviewing the Rolling Stone Top 500 albums of all time. I really like the thought provoking discussions that come from digging up the details and context of the albums and comparing that message to today!

  • great duo

As a person in my sixties I could never see what was so great about Bob Dylan. Geez it took me a few minutes just to remember his name. • Great idea-poorly executed

I was really excited about the concept of this podcast, working down on the Rolling Stone list. Unfortunately I don't have the feeling you really enjoy listening to new stuff or challenging yourself with things you normally wouldn’t listen to. Or at least you often spent more time on saying what you don't like than on saying what you like. Which is really frustrating, especially when you actually like the discussed albums. You come across really ignorant and closed minded sometimes.

  • Great Job

Great first episode guys. I listen to a lot of podcast and I really enjoyed this. You claim to be two guys without credentials, while that may be true you are for sure not two guys that unprepared. Well researched with well thought out opinions and personal anecdotes. I also thought the production value was awesome. The way you played the songs that you where talking about in the background helped give context to the discussion, especially when I didn’t know the song you where talking about. Lok... more
