  • Becoming wish washy

Have listened for years on Sirius. Cancelled subscription of 27$ a month to be offered to return for 5$ As a long time listener always found him to be fair, leaning Right. But not in your face MAGA. On the podcasts it’s has become to right leaning. The poll questions I find are all towards the right or policy So basically no loss from unsubscribing from Sirius

  • Sharp and gives an insight into US opinion

I watch this guy's show on CNN but followed the podcast because I can listen to it anytime, and it's a short 'bite' of the main show. It's depressing sometimes to hear the phone ins because you realize that there are actually Americans who believe that the Emperor really has got his new clothes on. Smerconish succesfully steers a mid course between those who see through Trump, and those strange people who think that Trump is OK. Clearly his show is watched by both sides of the spectrum. • Trump vs Obama on deportation

    What’s the difference?

The difference is how the Media covers the two. The activists labeled Obama as the “Deporter In Chief” while the entire Liberal Media Ecosystem labels Trump as a Fascist Authoritarian. Remember, they’re still calling Trump “Hitler” and he got the Jewish Hostages released

The Mainstream Media has Brainwashed liberals into believing we’re living in 1930’s Germany. This is why their base has been radicalized

  • I like you but your podcast is mostly crap... It's half ads and self promotion. Learn from the biggest shows, they have minimal ads, maybe 5-10% of the total air time. Make it a little bit longer too, when I am skipping through ads it makes your total show about 6-8 minutes most of the time... Kind of a waste of time.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

6,600 Noncitizens Registered, Nearly 400 Voted: What Happened in New Jersey?
Q: What data sets do you need to look at to verify whether non-citizens are on voter rolls?
States tend to have better data than the federal government for this purpose, relying on Real ID-linked motor-vehicles data, citizenship proof documents, and cross-checks with voter-registration databases to identify potential non-citizens, which typically shows the numbers to be very small.
Today's Poll Question: Is New Jersey's mistakenly registering 6,600 non-citizens to vote an aberration, or the norm?
Q: Is Jersey an aberration or part of a broader pattern we should be concerned about?
Experts presented in the discussion suggest that the Jersey incident is likely an aberration and not indicative of a systemic problem, though it prompts a reexamination of how such data is presented and interpreted.
Robert Costa On Why Congress Keeps Giving Away Its Power To The President
Q: What caused you to want to pursue this subject?
I spoke with Carl Hulse and other observers to understand why Congress, despite not passing a lot of bills, remains central to the political spectrum; the discussion broadened into how Congress is in an institutional crisis and what that means for power sharing with the presidency.
Mark Halperin on Trump Cashing In On The Presidency
Q: What are the guardrails, if any, on presidential behavior that could curb enrichment while in office?
The guests discuss the lack of clear, enforceable guardrails beyond bribery statutes, with Mark Halperin emphasizing that the legal framework is murky and enforcement would be challenging.
Can Democrats and Republicans Still Be Friends? Fetterman & McCormick Say Yes
Q: Do you think your relationship could serve as a model for other politicians in Washington?
Yes. The two Senators describe a working, respectful relationship, emphasize shared goals for Pennsylvania, and advocate for civility and direct dialogue as essential tools to bridge divides.
