I watch this guy's show on CNN but followed the podcast because I can listen to it anytime, and it's a short 'bite' of the main show. It's depressing sometimes to hear the phone ins because you realize that there are actually Americans who believe that the Emperor really has got his new clothes on. Learn from the biggest shows, they have minimal ads, maybe 5-10% of the total air time. Make it a little bit longer too, when I am skipping through ads it makes your total show about 6-8 minutes most of the time... Kind of a waste of time.
