Great premise wonderfully rational and balanced guests. Please have producer equalize volume of mics from all participants and inputs. Thanks.
Mark are you aware of how poor your speaker volume and quality is? Can barely hear you compared to your guests and an echo quality. It's like a horrible zoom meeting.
I love the premise and execution of this podcast with one note: stop managing time so diligently. Mark offers up great topics for discussion/debate, but he is too obsessed with timing or covering planned topics that he constantly interrupts his co-hosts mid-sentence, before they can complete their thought. In most cases, they are not being verbose - they just need to finish their thought. Much better than the Evening edition, which is not watchable because of the poor, often partisan guest selection
It seems Mark reads the New York Times in the morning, and then they have a nice conversation about topics that are in the NYT. If the news is outside of what the east coast is interested in, he must brush it off as not important and it’s not discussed.
