⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I absolutely love this podcast! Angela has such a grounded, compassionate presence and a true gift for weaving together Ayurveda and German New Medicine in a way that’s both deeply healing and easy to understand. Her episodes are insightful, empowering, and full of practical tools I can actually apply in my life. I always walk away feeling more connected to my body, my emotions, and my own healing process. Highly recommend to anyone on a true holistic health journey!
Horrible sound, especially during interviews. And the manuscripts lack flow and rehearsal.
I have been listening to The Simple Ayurveda podcast for a few years, and I have gained so much value from Angela’s thoughtful deep dives into Ayurveda with practical wisdom for how to relate text from the datus straight into modern day life routines. And by that I mean she keeps it real and references the realities of life with young children which is often not addressed in other podcasts. This is a great podcast for learning about Ayurveda and how to integrate it into your life.
I just wanted to say thank you for the real life advice from an Ayurvedic perspective! I have learned a lot and will continue to listen and learn. Have a fantastic day!
