This was one of the first, if not *the* first podcast I ever listened to; I downloaded it each week and loaded it onto my iPod. I was spoiled for other podcasts as there are pretty detailed show notes included on the website, which no other podcast I’ve listened to since does as thoroughly, if at all.
Even 20+ years after Firefly, and almost that much time since Serenity, this podcast is a delight. Every so often I do a search for the main cast members to see if they’re a part of another anoth... more
I love this podcast, I so wish it was still on... firefly like most of joss Whedon work is fantastic and this podcast is as well
This is required listening for browncoats.
I really don't know HOW I missed this podcast for so long. A great crew and a wonderful tribute to then best Sci-Fi show ever. Stay shiny and xie' xie.
Great production standards and fun content make this is an a-grade, all-fired professional show.
You guys are still doing a plumb bang-up job. Thanks for not stopping The Signal!
Shiny!
I listened to the first couple of seasons when they were originally released and came looking for the show to mention on my own podcast as the first podcast I listened to. Imagine my delight to discover that it has kept on going and I have so many hours to listen to. A wonderful and beautifully produced show
Best 'cast in the 'verse!
This podcast will open your mind to the world that is "firefly"
One of the first podcast i ever found and I had to download and catch up on 6 years worth and it was worth every second. Consistently well produced and interesting with a hig quality of production and content.
Even if you did not like the Firefly show you need to listen to this podcast to find out how it should be done.
Best produced, best subject and the best crew. It's a can't miss show.
This is for sure one of the greatest and most comprehensive fancasts for anything out there. Most fan podcasts are just scant bits of news and 45 minutes of banter. This isn't bad, but The Signal out does it a hundred fold. Shows incluide news, essays, stories from fans, in-universe segments, highlights of fandom activities, and much more. Every episode is interesting and wonderful. As with everything, the Browncoat community takes normal and makes it shiney. Keep flying, and never ever stop The... more
Yes, I said it. This is the best. All the people involved seem to work for the common goal of bringing an informative and entertaining podcast to the listners. From the fan fiction, updates on Browncoats Redemption and other things Whedon this is the podcast to listen to. Now if only they would put the "Music from the Verse" episode back on Itunes since mine somewhow got deleted from my hard drive.
I just discovered this PodCast and I must say I truly love and enjoy listening... Please keep the show going it provides me something very enjoyable to listen to :) Thank You !
Top-notch content; excellent production values; diverse and engaging features; and a cast who truly love what they do. Shiny!
