  • Full of action tips

I love that the show will focus on one small topic and has an action item at the end related to the topic. It makes it much more approachable and less overwhelming than a show or episode that packs “everything” into a small space of time.

I like the episode lengths a lot with most episodes in the 10-20 minute range. Easy to fit into a daily commute!
