  • Seems Easy and Fun!

I can’t wait to get started.

I’m near 70 years old and like to walk with my dog so this is perfect for me. A two for one. I have ankle issues and arthritis but on top of that I’m feeling like I’m losing a good amount of muscle mass.

I’m tired of the same old repetitive workouts so I’m going all in.

Really enjoyed listening to Spencer. I like the honesty.
