As a surfer and beach lover, I provide intel on some amazing surf spots and beautiful beaches in Costa Rica and Bocas del Toro, Panama. You’ll want to book your trip there to sit in these prime lineups or lay in the warm Central American sand.
In this first episode I introduce myself and take you down my memory lane to one of my favorite countries and where it all started, Costa Rica. I’ll talk running, eating, things to see and travel tips in Playa Hermosa and the surrounding area.
I thoroughly enjoyed the first episode. Erin was concerned about starting a travel podcast when many aren't traveling - but I think it’s perfect timing. I have been consumed with news and other non fiction reading, podcasts, documentaries - you get the idea. The Roaming Runner allowed me to escape to a place I have never been and motivated me to get moving. I love Erin's descriptions, love of life, and common sense advice. I hope you like the Roaming Runner as much as me.
Your first episode made me want to book a flight and go back to Costa Rica. Your details are amazing. I hadn’t thought about the crocodiles in so long, and you took me back! ...I even tried to find an old video I had! I also kind of want to be a runner now. Maybe. Anyway, the pod is awesome, and I can’t wait to keep listening to your journey! Happy running, and happy travels!
