  • Enlightening and supportive

A great supplementary resource for those considering therapy. Moreover, Richard provides a positive and constructive outlook on topics and helps listeners challenge their own feelings.

It’s educational, comforting and being a Patreon member makes you feel part of a lovely community. Would recommend others support on Patreon as Richard uses part of the money to help provide therapy for those that need it.

  • Left wing, liberal drivel…..

This fella used to offer up nice little helpful titbits from the beginners guide to psychology. In the last episode it was stated that if your father says something you don’t agree with this Christmas cut him out of your life!! Unbelievable! This rubbish will probably prove popular with the rise of a woke generation but please don’t subscribe to this utter garbage….
