Steph needs to listen more and talk less. She talks total rubbish and is very annoying generally and especially when wanging on and on about her business. More Robert less Steph.
Listening to Nick Clegg, who spent the last 7 years shilling for company that helped turn the news cycle into a minute by minute, individualised cesspit of polarization, suggest that the “intellectual energy” in the UK is coming from the far right is beyond irony. Zero pushback from Preston, this is not journalism.
Just listened to this. And 40 minutes later I have no idea what this mad woman was on about, barring something about needing more swimming pools in London. Robert and Steph totally dropped the ball on this one. They needed to intervene to try to clarify if there were actually any ideas there.

Episodes commonly feature discussions on energy pricing, manufacturing and UK production, Brexit and European policy, AI and tech disruption, and government strategy around economics and public policy, often anchored by two seasoned hosts and augmented by guests from business, finance, and policy. Notable is the consistent coupling of macro-market themes with on-the-ground industry experience, plus sponsor integrations that reflect the show's intersection of policy, finance, and technology.
