Brilliant podcast, varied guests and insightful and inspiring conversations.
Superb podcast. I don’t think there’s been a bad one, in terms of learning from them. Fascinating and informative. Keep doing what you do for men's MH and addiction.
Sam Delaney is giving regular blokes the language and confidence to have conversations they really need to be having. His podcast has inspired me to join a men’s group in Australia to do just that. Men experience fragility, loneliness and sadness, but by talking about it we can support one another through these normal human emotions. Sam’s podcast helps get these conversations started.
Listened to the Todd Von Joel episode. Inspirational - will start on the back catalogue.

Conversations frequently center on sobriety, recovery, and mental health issues, often featuring guests from various backgrounds sharing their personal journeys. There is a strong emphasis on destigmatizing discussions surrounding mental health and addiction, particularly focusing on how vulnerability and openness can foster healing. The transcripts suggest a candid and relatable approach, with unique insights and a commitment to addressing the often-taboo subjects of men's mental health, addiction struggles, and personal stories of overcoming adversity, which likely resonates with listeners seeking genuine conversations about these critical topics.
