Such important information that needs to reach a societal level and especially the healthcare and athletic fields. Especially those dealing with young girls in sport and pediatrics speciality need to be aware of they dangers of RED-S and the fact that this can occur at all body weights.
Finally this is being talked about! So many man and women suffering from low energy availability, some even without knowing! This is not only for atheletes, not only women, and not only people that are "underweight"!
