  • Very well done

  • Bonner has to go

I’ve had enough. I’ve listened daily and can’t stand Bonner’s constant need to attention and awful attempts at humor and irrelevant stories on the Spurs.

Need a different host with Blake.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Point Scottie, Mamu Mania & Tim Cato
Q: What changed in the Raptors' approach when Scottie Barnes took on more ball-handling responsibilities?
The team leaned into higher pace and ball movement, with Barnes acting as primary playmaker, which led to more assists and a more cohesive offense, though the effectiveness depends on matchups and how opponents defend him.
Pretty Bad Loss + Fred Katz
Q: What makes Fred Katz optimistic or concerned about Knicks vs Raptors in a potential playoff matchup?
Katz emphasizes Knicks' momentum and the playoffs' era of experimentation, noting that top teams adjust, and the Raptors' matchup dynamics depend on health, defense, and whether they can sustain enough offensive firepower to compete.
Pretty Bad Loss + Fred Katz
Q: Do you see the Raptors benefiting from lineup experimentation, or is there a core group that should be locked in for playoff readiness?
There's a debate about balance between starting five chemistry and needing scoring punch; the discussion leans toward valuing a more versatile lineup that can adapt in playoffs, rather than sticking rigidly to a fixed group.
Pretty Bad Loss + Fred Katz
Q: Any concern level with those three losses in a row before the Memphis win; is this the right time of year to sputter or the exact time to tighten things up?
The guests and hosts acknowledge concern but note it isn't catastrophic; the team has shown fighting spirit in previous stretches and the focus remains on fixing execution, especially on defense and in transition, rather than panicking about the end-of-season run.
Tim Bontemps & Final Four Preview w/ Clark Kellogg
Q: What were your biggest takeaways from sorting through the MVP votes?
Shea Gildas-Alexander is the clear favorite for MVP, with Victor Wembanyama emerging as a serious challenger and the 65-game threshold adding a wrinkle to award considerations.
