Only issue I’ve ever had with anything said on this show, and this is a problem with what may be called second generation raps fans, is when tre said Vince was a “great defender” (04-24-26). Vince was a turnstile. It was why they built a team of defenders around him and why the raps went nowhere with score-first Jalen rose and Marshall and a skinny cb4.
Stop the Carter revisionism.
When life gets tough I rely on these guys for a good listen

WHERE IS BUCKETS AND TEA? What’s even the point of listening to RR without it? Zero stars. Such a HUGE disappointment.
I love this podcast for its depth of the basketball of it all. Glad not too much of my listening time is wasted on pop culture.

The show centers on in-depth, data-driven basketball analysis with a Toronto Raptors lens, blending film-room breakdowns, tactical discussions, and long-running roster debates. Episodes frequently dissect lineups, two-man actions, spacing, and coaching decisions under Darko Ryakonovich, while weaving in game recaps, player development trajectories, and playoff outlooks. Banter and personality from the hosts—who bring a mix of technical insight and fan-centric commentary—round out the conversations, often interspersed with sponsor reads and live-game observations. A standout aspect is the balance between rigorous X's-and-O's analysis and accessible, conversational storytelling that can appeal to both hardcore basketball nerds and devoted Rap... more
