Please do not use the term “natural” to describe vaginal birth set or unmedicated birth. All birth is natural. The correct terminology is “unmedicated “or “vaginal delivery” versus “medicated” or “cesarean delivery”.
This podcast is so practical and as a new mom I have loved listening to several of the episodes to feel affirmed and encouraged in this new season! Also, love the Facebook group the host has created for mom support! Can’t wait to continue to learn from fellow new moms and seasoned moms!
