I've listened to every episode at least once and there is at least one good nugget of productivity advice in every one. I love the "happy people are productive people" concept and the effort the hosts go through to make the information actionable - something missing from other podcasts.
When the first episode I listen to is just a little over 6 minutes and almost 2 minutes of that are advertisements, you lose me immediately. I get that shows like this want to make money (podcasting is work and all), but as a listener, I still need to come away thinking you care more about what you're making than you do telling me to buy other people's stuff. This is a hard pass for me.

Like Hey, if you don’t stop starting each quote with “Like Hey…” no one will follow u.
I really love the content of your show. In fact, I play it on repeat for members of my family. What irks me is the rising intonation at the end of a LOT of your sentences. It’s like you’re asking (but you’re actually making a statement) or aren’t sure of what you’re saying.
