  • Disappointingly shallow

Anyone who reads Sam Freedman’s Substack knows that he’s one of the best writers on British politics today. Every post is fascinating and I learn a great deal from reading them that you wouldn’t get from many other sources. So I’ve been quite disappointed to find this podcast pretty shallow. The other host Ayesha Hazarika speaks like she’s hosting a radio phone in and the conversation assumes that people listening have only a surface level knowledge of politics.

  • Food for thought!

Really enjoying the podcast so far! As a previous Conservative voter, I’m disillusioned with all parties at the minute.

Currently Starmer just isn’t for me, although I really like Rachel Reeves and Angie Rayner - maybe this will start to convince me….?!

    Keep up the great work!
