I wanted to love this, and some episodes are better than others, but overall most of the podcast is ads. The latest episode was only eight minutes long and legitimately half of it was ads, there were three ad breaks. I understand needing to self promote, it is tough out there, but for an eight minute episode that feels like overkill.
I really hoped this would provide more specific tips to implement. I feel like every episode is too much of the same back story, too much self promotion for her paid programs and just rambling thoughts on nutrition. It just goes on and on and on without ever really getting to the point. I’ve listened to multiple episodes and they are all the same. Hope she changes her format to make it more useful. Too much about “her” and her journey rather than tips to implement
I’ve really enjoyed this podcast in my postpartum season. I love how the episodes are short and get right to the point. The information is practical and do-able. I enjoy the variety of topics!
Love love love Brooke’s tips. They have been so helpful for me as a first time mom and navigating exercise, breastfeeding, nutrition and all of the feelings that come with motherhood.
Brooke is the best and I love tuning into this podcast.
