    I love the new and insightful thoughts that Lizzie shares. I am not currently in the postpartum period, but I have mental health challenges triggered by motherhood and it is so helpful for me.     I am 15 months postpartum and have been struggling with pp depression for 4+ years since the birth of our first child. My life has been full of anger, sadness, depression, anxiety since my daughter was born 15 months ago. Our story involves trauma where I almost died. The aftermath was a version of me that I did not recognize, it impacted my marriage, how I interacted with my children and me. more

    My baby just turned 8 months old and I originally found this podcast by searching for terms like "post-partum weight loss" and came across Lizzie's podcast episode that taught me about how it's so much more than diet and exercise, but a mindset and a space I need to be in. I took so much from that episode and subscribed right after and have since learned that I have been dealing with post partum anxiety without knowing that's what it was.
