  • Hallelujah for this podcast

Just found this podcast one month in to my third post partum. I don’t have a lot of people in my life who remember/ can relate to the post partum experience. It’s felt quite lonely at times for me. I binged 4 episodes today and the wisdom here is everything I need to feel more peace in this chapter of life. Thank you so much for making such a beautiful podcast. Women NEED this! Your experience and how you share your knowledge is such a gift, thank you.

  • Postpartum Essential

I am such a big fan of this podcast. I am ingesting it! It’s helped me so much. Wish I would have listened when I was PREGNANT with my first. Had these tools for that postpartum and now I’m on second baby. I love it so much I hired her as a coach (more spiritual awakening). This is the podcast you need. Listen and forward to your friends.

  • God Send!!

Lizzie is an answered prayer! I have been struggling with anxiety since childhood and have always masked it with medicine or pushed it away as best I could to just not deal with it. Flash forward to July 2023 when I had my 3rd baby and PPD and anxiety started kicking in. I prayed BIG to give me direction and guidance. I kid you not, THAT DAY, I found Lizzie! In the few weeks I have been working with her, she has provided me with tools that I have been missing for years. I have a ways to go but I... more
