    Lizzie is an answered prayer! I have been struggling with anxiety since childhood and have always masked it with medicine or pushed it away as best I could to just not deal with it.     I had my daughter during the pandemic and have STRUGGLED on and off with PPA and PPD since!     I had a baby boy on 2/6. I have been struggling with postpartum. I decided to search for postpartum podcasts, it suggested this one to me and I have been listening to it for 2-3 nights now.
