  • So easy to learn!

I love that a lot of the episodes are short, quick, easy. It’s like you get what you need without a bunch of fluff and then you can move on.

  • Not much substance

Listened to sleep episode and it was not helpful at all. Lacking substance just a bunch of platitudes like “don’t compare yourself” and “all kids are different”
