I love that a lot of the episodes are short, quick, easy. It’s like you get what you need without a bunch of fluff and then you can move on.
Listened to sleep episode and it was not helpful at all. Lacking substance just a bunch of platitudes like “don’t compare yourself” and “all kids are different”
I discovered Trish’s podcast early on in my pregnancy and started BINGEING every episode. I wanted to learn as much as I could as a first time mom and boy, I did just that! Because of how amazing this podcast is, I also decided to join the birth course, which provided me with even more knowledge to prepare me for my birth. I’ve never felt more calm and prepared as a first time mom! Definitely give this podcast a listen!! You won’t regret it!
