I love that a lot of the episodes are short, quick, easy. It’s like you get what you need without a bunch of fluff and then you can move on.
Listened to sleep episode and it was not helpful at all. Lacking substance just a bunch of platitudes like “don’t compare yourself” and “all kids are different”
I discovered Trish’s podcast early on in my pregnancy and started BINGEING every episode. I wanted to learn as much as I could as a first time mom and boy, I did just that! Because of how amazing this podcast is, I also decided to join the birth course, which provided me with even more knowledge to prepare me for my birth. I’ve never felt more calm and prepared as a first time mom! Definitely give this podcast a listen!! You won’t regret it!
Super informative and interesting to listen to. Trish is a nurse and interviews experts on her show. You can tell she is passionate about what she does and really cares about disseminating factual information to promote safe and satisfactory birthing experience. Recommend! :)
