Confidently absurd satire. Medium rare.
This is by far my favourite source of news. Brilliant investigative reporting into relevant issues.
I like this podcast a lot, it's funny and dark and occasionally offensive.
This podcast is a rare gem and my #1 recommendation to anyone who enjoys good literature and intelligent comedy
If you listen to this, it might ease the soul-rending guilt. We know what you've done. We all know.
I don’t find myself reviewing podcasts that often, however, moral outrage has overtaken me. I can’t help but notice he seems almost sympathetic to our horse overlords. He never comes out and says it, but I feel like this is subtle propaganda to turn our children to the horse cause. They crushed our cities, they turned our leaders into a fine paste, they razed our oat fields, and now they want our children! I GIVE THIS PODCAST 5/5 STARS FOR BEING A+ VERY BAD AND EVIL CONTENT.
This podcast is unafraid to grapple with history (how many of these so-called “historians” are willing to revisit to the horrors of World War Horse from a critical perspective?) and major issues confronting humanity’s present (rates of cannibalism are skyrocketing all across the Rust Belt). We need Post-Culture’s perspective now more than ever.
Sort of like a variety show for fans of Kafka, Vonnegut, Ellison, Lovecraft, and speculative and absurdist fiction that's just barely fiction. You will laugh uncomfortably. You will feel The Empty™.
The terror of the empathy I feel for what is happening here makes me run even harder and longer on the elliptical than even my most fevered nightmares. Also, rap airhorn. A+

I can geek out and exaggerate when I really love something, see above, but I absolutely mean this:
This is probably the funniest thing I've ever heard. I won't say it's for everyone. It gets pretty dark. And grim. And horrifying. Soul blackening dark grim horror, but with the best of intentions: hilarity.
It starts with a simple premise, wonderfully written and performed, that escalates... more
A sort of storytime set up to amuse and baffle, the Post-Culture Review Show is a world of infinite possibilies. Tales and short exerpts which feature the ordinary as a backdrop for metaphysical absurdisms, all of which have the dual possibility of being either meangingless or insightful.
All this complexity merged into something succinct and bite-sized. Best enjoyed in quieter, stiller moments of your life. The content demands, and deserves your full attention. I fully recommend it.
Very smart, often hilarious, and always interesting. This is the podcast we deserve!
The Post-Culture Podcast is a brilliantly written, wildly hilarious radio show that is absolutely wonderful to listen to at any time you've got a spare moment.
I would advise against listening to it in public, though. People may be rather shocked by the content. Or, do listen to it in public! See if they'll notice the difference in what sounds like an ordinary podcast, but is in fact… most extraordinary…
My blood feels thicker already.
The discordance is brilliantly unsettling. Uniquely humorous and visceral. Worthy of repeated listens to catch everything. Perfect listening when lost in space or trapped in a well.
