I’m already a podcast person who values audio quality, so I started listening and find it to be engaging and relatable, covering a wide variety of topics. I like football and like to hear their opinions since I’m in a fantasy league. They talk about current events which I usually don’t keep up with on my own and just things to do with real life and getting old older and trying to take care of ourselves. This is... more

I have been listening for two months and enjoy all the content Marcus and Sefa puts out. It’s like listening to my brothers discuss and crack jokes at every opportunity and I love it. I appreciate their outlooks on a multitude of topics. Wishing you both nothing but success!

It was intense and life-changing, with a mix of fear, pride, and belonging; the practice started extremely early, involved grueling conditioning, and the village celebrated the moment the boat finally hit the water.

Q: What are the vibes right now in Las Vegas at the Legion Stadium?
The vibes are high, buddy. They're actually pretty good.

Q: Should the NFL players be a little humble or are the flag football players speaking out of their depth?
The flag football players have their own skills and deserve respect, and they should be given the chance to showcase their abilities without being overshadowed by NFL players.
Episode 123: Taking the Lens Off
Q: What advice would you give to people who are dealing with these things, who don't have that clarity yet?
The speaker emphasizes that it's important to recognize the consistency of life's challenges and to find personal ways to manage them, whether through religion, creativity, or healthy habits.
