Adam is a fun host. Not entirely sure what the show is about, but I’m drawn in every week nonetheless. One thing—the timing of the ad placement is an annoying issue sometimes coming mid sentence. Even with that it’s still 5 stars from me!
Adam is so funny and it is such a joy to listen to his descriptions of the things he does and his self-deprecation is next level comedy! His timing is right on. This is just what we need in these rough times!
Adam thank you for speaking out about the state terror going on in Minnesota. I live in Minneapolis and Dance Lore has been helping me get through the day. Thank you for getting it and calling it out.
adam’s ramblings are my favorite thing to listen to. he makes me laugh out loud in every single episode.
Love love love hearing Adam’s hot takes, empathetic responses to callers/texters, and of course his humor! So glad he is doing this pod and love listening every week!

A humorous, candid show led by a former Olympic athlete who riffs on everyday life, entrepreneurship, travel, branding, and pop culture. Episodes blend personal stories with practical takes on launching a business (especially in the medical aesthetics space), behind-the-scenes looks at live shows and media work, and entertaining anecdotes from travels, red carpets, and the Olympics. The tone is self-deprecating, fast-paced, and deeply reflective at times, making it appealing to listeners who enjoy witty storytelling, entrepreneurial realism, and unvarnished humor. A standout angle is the creator's ongoing pivot from athlete to multi-hyphenate creator, blending business advice with personal narrative and occasional guest dynamics.
