I must thank DJ from Move the Sticks for recommending this podcast. It is a fascinating look at the evolution of modern offense and defense in the NFL. If you love Xs and Os or just enjoy thinking about matchups and how systems of play evolve, I think a coach of any sport would be fascinated by this series. I loved the insight on Vic Fangio too.
