  • Sophisticated analysis combined with hilarious intervals

    New to the sport, I have a lot to learn. Even though the boyz talk way above my head, I’m beginning to appreciate the nuances of the track by listening. My best days on the bike are long past, but I continue to train to race because it’s a challenge, keeps me in the gym and on the bike. Jonny and Lewis bring a nice vibe to the small group that is track cycling, with occasional turns to the absurd.
