Setting goals involves being realistic, realizing this is within my ability; it's going to push me right to my limit.

Q: What were you kind of up against in a way? I'm assuming there's probably quite a lot of old sort of wives tales and ancient training techniques that riders were still pretty stuck to?
One of our employees called a power company, and the response was flabbergasting, asking why anyone would want to see the data after the workout.

In the late 90s, my son was one of my assistant coaches and proposed we put together something on the internet, which was a brand new idea.

Q: What would you say is the biggest change that you notice in yourself?
Kasia noted maturing has given her a greater perspective and allowed her to understand what happiness means to her, especially as she spends time away from her home and family.
