    I really enjoyed the episode with Ben and Pat. I found myself nodding along the entire time. While I’m not a mental health professional, I’ve dealt with my fair share of mental health challenges, both personally and within my family, and so much of what Ben shared really resonated with me. I also loved how Pat, first, had him on, and second, how he interjected humor throughout the conversation. I think that humor made everything feel even more relatable and accessible.
