I grew up in Kansas, and went to college in Springfiled. My wife and I love visiting the Ozarks and spending time there. This podcast provides great information in an entertaining fashion!
I guarantee that the vast majority of your listeners are creationist. I was very that the speakers pushed the evolution narrative. Very disappointed.
These guys are the real deal. Yes, they talk hunting and fishing, but they also talk about conservation, woodland management, Ozark land history, and responsible living in our beloved hills. Although from Arkansas, they do a good job of representing the Missouri Ozarks as well. Professionally produced with great guests.
Awesome show for anyone who loves the outdoors. This is my go to show! Thanks guys!
These fellas harness an amazing ability to intertwine truth, new ideas and the history of the Ozark’s outdoor opportunities where stones have often been left unturned or looked over by many.

This show centers on outdoor life in the Ozarks, blending practical how-to for hunting and fishing with conservation, land stewardship, and Ozarks culture. Episodes frequently feature experts in wildlife biology, forestry, GIS mapping, and conservation, plus experienced hunters and guides who share tactics, field notes, and personal stories from the region. A notable strength is its ability to weave technical detail (genetics of Neosho bass, blight-resistant chinquapins, prescribed fire, and digital mapping) with accessible, folksy storytelling and community mentorship. Listeners are likely drawn to deep regional knowledge, hands-on outdoor skills, and a sense of place that values tradition while exploring innovative conservation and land-m... more
