  • Favorite Marketing Podcast!

This is my favorite marketing/advertising podcast. The topics and issues are certainly worth overthinking about and I love the way Rachel and Shann break them down and discuss them. Especially valuable to juniors in the industry who will face and have to wrestle with many of topics brought up here.

  • Well worth your time

This is one of my absolute favorite podcasts! The hosts offer some great perspective on different areas of the industry, and are able to communicate thoughts & ideas very clearly and in a relatable way (unlike lots of podcasts I've come across). While I may still overthink, this podcast helps make me better about the way I think about lots of those things!

How Do You Get Better At Changing Behavior? With Heather Watson
Q: Where should a company place a behavioral science team in the organization to maximize impact?
There is no single perfect placement; it depends on structure. Central core with hubs and strong cross-functional ties tends to work best, ensuring the team informs strategy at corporate, product, and marketing levels rather than sitting siloed in one area.
What Does a Pastor Know About Desire That Marketers Don't? With Michael Rudzena
Q: But Michael, we'd love to hear a little bit about you. Like, what do you do at the church? What took you there?
Michael describes founding and growing The Good Shepherd in New York since 2011, building a welcoming, diverse community, and the journey from Tribeca to a broader parish life.
Startup vs Big Brand: What Did Katya Kotlyar Learn Switching Sides?
Q: How differently do you advise startups versus big brands in your current engagements?
Startups benefit from direct access to founders, less internal politics, and a premium on speed and clarity. In startups you often propose Y when X is what's asked for, because the goal is to move quickly and achieve tangible results, while in big brands you navigate more layers and longer-term plans, balancing short-term wins with long-range impact.
