I love this podcast. As one of the up-and-coming podcasts, I bet this is gonna blow up one day. The guest quality, Tim's questions, and conversations makes this a great listen.
I not only had the privilege to be able to be a guest on this show but the amount of value and research Tim does is astounding
I started listening to Tim’s original podcast when he was first talking about his chronic pain and his work Dr Sarano. He was a basic podcast, he wanted a platform to tell his story. It’s been incredible to watch him grow as a human, as an interviewer, and as an advocate for ownership of one’s mental and physical health. I’m really learning a lot from him and I love that he is down to earth, relatable, knowledgeable, gracious, and passionate about his mission.
Absolutely phenomenal podcast! Offers incredible insights into the mental strategies and mindset needed for peak performance in basketball. His expertise and passion shine and makes complex concepts engaging.
