This podcast helps me be a more understanding person. Recommend to everyone whether this condition has touched their lives or not (hopefully not). Take care, all.
This podcast shines the necessary light on OCD. Every podcast I listen to, I learn something. Very informative, helpful and well recorded. I resonate so much with what’s being said and I am so happy to have found it.
This podcast grapples with the reality of living with OCD in a way that is supportive and educational, and challenges the stereotypes that have hindered people getting the right support in the past. It's good to see a mental health podcast that doesn't shy away from the messiness of life.
The work James does to raise awareness, by not only sharing his own story, but in offering others a platform where we can safely share ours, is a selfless service to humanity. He’s bridging the gap, that we’ve created to isolate ourselves out of fear no one could possibly understand what we are going through, one interview, one article, one song recommendation at a time. I hope one day the whole world sees you for the light you are in the darkness of this condition! Always keep fighting!
So heart warming and informative.
