  • Orange peels

Love the show. Long time listener, first time commenter because the two of you agreed on something on “The Distance” episode that I could not disagree with more. Nothing says “I love you” more than someone peeling an orange for me. I LOVE oranges with a passion outmatched only by the degree to which I HATE peeling them. The patience and dexterity required to peel an orange send me flying into an ADHD rage that makes it not even worth trying. If I was Ryan, and Theresa peeled an orange and put it... more

  • Just a little thank you <3

This show is a highlight of my week. I’m in my early 30s, single mom, neurodivergent, pretty isolated in a small Ontario town. I find it hard to find my tribe and hearing you two chat helps me relax during a hard phase in my life. :) at first I did not love not being able to predict when the episodes come out but I’ve leaned into the anticipation because the pleasant surprise of having a new episode to listen to brings me joy :D

  • Would listen to Niko and Alex talk about anything, honestly

Two of the smartest, funniest and most thoughtful podcasters out there right now. The OC is a great framing for their tangents, and listening to these weekly conversations helps me feel sane amidst all the external chaos.

  • “ok.”

I am a huge fan of everything you two do. I celebrate your entire catalog. But my favorite thing in the entire world is when you’re both exhausted and loopy and Niko repeatedly says “ok.” when she’s trying to get you two back on the rails. I say it in my head when I’m trying to do the same in my life!
