Tanya just explains the science so simply. Giving truth of exactly how our bodies are designed to work and telling it in such plain language that I can understand it! I’m so encouraged that my health does not have to be bad but can be improved so I can feel good.
Tanya is incredibly knowledgeable and has helped make sense of all the nonsense I’ve been hearing. After so many conversations with doctors that left me feeling hopeless, her guidance has been life-changing. Tanya’s passion for sharing truth and helping us find a clear path forward means everything to me.
What makes her work truly extraordinary is that she is deeply rooted in faith while also being backed by science. For the first time, I feel like I finally have a path. I thank God for Tanya.
Such a great program to help understand the underlying causes in your body.
I look forward to Tanya’s Nourish to Thrive podcasts every week. The evidence based knowledge that is brought to women in an easy to understand way works for my brain. The faith based way she delivers hard truths in love is felt in her words.
