Usually enjoy the guest on the show but James Elliot is a massive creep. Had to block him from Instagram as he would not stop replying to stories with inappropriate comments .

Love listening guys!
Thankyou

i can’t tell you how much i owe to this podcast, the commitment you put into putting out an episode each week is phenomenal. i’d actually owe my decision to enter recovery from my anorexia and bulimia to you guys; listening to this on my runs each week has educated, inspired and motivated me. because of you guys i now view exercise as a tool for health and happiness rather than an obsession.

Obviously it’s not my place to comment on their relationship itself, BUT when it comes to the podcast it really distracts me from the content of the episodes a lo... more
