  • Experienced Real Estate Teacher

Nick shares his experience running a Real Estate operations company that specializes in mini storages. His advice is spot on, applicable for anyone looking to invest in commercial real estate. He focuses on short form - meaning that each episode is to the point and teaches a specific lesson. Rarely are there long interviews. I’m using the info he shares to start my own commercial real estate business in a different niche.

This is the practical advice that you may not want to hear (i.e. it’s hard to achieve great wealth in real estate without starting with cash reserve built up through entrepreneurship) but ought to know. Keep the good content coming.
