Just listed to the episode on energy (so they might not all be like this) but it was basically just an Equinor ad masquerading as a podcast. It feels like an audio version of those advert articles you get in magazines and newspapers where the font doesn’t quite match up with the rest of the publication so you know something isn’t quite right.
It’s a shame as the show concept would be great if approached from a neutral perspective rather than being a mouthpiece for a long term FT sponsor
