Michael Bullock & Michael Cukr: Not Separatists, But Visionaries
Q: Michael C., complete this sentence: These days, I find peace in...
Quiet time, meditation, and learning to sit with stillness, something he could not do when younger, but now values deeply.
Michael Bullock & Michael Cukr: Not Separatists, But Visionaries
Q: What's one thing that surprised you most about getting older?
The idea that being in your 40s can be fun and that aging brings time, experience, and additional opportunities that weren't available when younger.
Miss Peria: The Pixel Provocateur Redefining Queer Artistry
Q: What has aging meant for you as a queer artist in a digital space that often glorifies youth?
Because I am an ageless digital figment, aging becomes a concept rather than a visible change, which allows me to explore evolving representation without being limited by a face.
Miss Peria: The Pixel Provocateur Redefining Queer Artistry
Q: Was the provocative, queer-empowering nature of your music a deliberate goal from the start?
Yes, I knew my audience and aimed to craft music that would resonate with them while staying clever and authentic, embracing provocation as a core artistic element.
Miss Peria: The Pixel Provocateur Redefining Queer Artistry
Q: What inspired you to choose Roblox as your creative canvas?
I started by remixing songs for my friends and pairing visuals on Roblox, which paired well with the robot voice and digital aesthetics I loved, making Roblox just feel inevitable as a platform for my art.
