Appreciated the episode with Rachel and the discussion between PT and movement. This podcast helps me prioritize listening to my body and having the appropriate mindset behind it.
The podcast between Rachel and Jordana was really informative. It was a great reminder for me to mix it slow movement and practice mindfulness because I really like crossfit/high intensity.
