Check out episode #22 where Jordana speaks with Chrissy Carter about finding your truth through the lens of teaching yoga and movement. Both women share from the heart with professional knowledge and personal insight. It’s not just for yogis and teachers - anyone can relate to this conversation about being your own navigator and living in your own skin. Fresh and inspiring!

  • Great, informative, and easy to listen to

The podcast between Rachel and Jordana was really informative. It was a great reminder for me to mix it slow movement and practice mindfulness because I really like crossfit/high intensity. Also interesting how the jaw is connected to the pelvic floor. Just overall great!!! Looking forward to more episodes!!
