Clunky, bumpy and hard to listen to. Needs an injection of energy and a slicker handover between the presenters. The slow cadence and pauses make for a painful listen.
I’m an advanced mountain biker who’s looking to dial in my techniques and an instructor and guide in multiple outdoor disciplines (swiftwater rescue, kayaking, ice climbing).
The information in these conversations is priceless. Helping me to rethink how to be a better student and also broad teaching ideas that can be applied across a range of sports.
Highly recommend for both student and teacher.
I generally don’t write reviews, but this podcast deserves one. It’s better than 95% of the MTB podcasts out there if you’re interested in how to progress as a rider or teach. There’s nothing out there that’s comparable from what I’ve seen.
Finally a way to be a part of Mtb skills coaching conversations when we aren’t surrounded by a bunch of other coaches to have them with!! So much good information for skill coaches as well as students on how to set ourselves up for coaching as well as learning success. Lots of information that a certification course just doesn’t have the time for as well as some expansion and refresher info on course topics.
