  • Highly Recommend!

As a fellow mortgage professional, I really appreciate how clearly Dan breaks down the Fed’s recent rate announcement and its impact on mortgage rates. When he said, “Even a quarter-point move by the Fed can ripple through to impact your monthly payments,” it was a great reminder of how critical timing is for buyers and refis. Solid insights, no fluff—highly recommend for anyone in the industry or in the market!

So, listening to his podcast with no ability to know what the rates are is simply a waste of time. Wish he’d realize this diss... more
