  • Highly Recommend!

As a fellow mortgage professional, I really appreciate how clearly Dan breaks down the Fed’s recent rate announcement and its impact on mortgage rates. When he said, β€œEven a quarter-point move by the Fed can ripple through to impact your monthly payments,” it was a great reminder of how critical timing is for buyers and refis. Solid insights, no fluffβ€”highly recommend for anyone in the industry or in the market!

So, listening to his podcast with no ability to know what the rates are is simply a waste of time. Wish he’d realize this diss... more
