A recent guest on the podcast was talking about how she had a picture on Instagram of her children’s books that showed a “diversity” of characters. Someone from the woke mob commented that this was not enough as the authors of the books were not “diverse”, and instead of the guest telling this nut job to mind her own business, the guest started talking about how she needs to “examine her own biases” or some similar mumbo-jumbo to that effect. I have come away feeling inspired and grateful that there are podcasts like this that encourage a more peaceful type of education and parenting, whether your child goes to Montessori schools or not.
