  • Great summaries of a wealth of information

I don’t have my own corporation, so some of the later episodes are not relevant to me, but as a longtime listener of the rational reminder podcast, I find the early episodes are a fantastic summary of how to think about financial planning and how to get the basics right that I can share with others.

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Ep 16: Live at IAFP 2024
Q: When you were frozen in carbonite, did you have a power of attorney written before? And was that for your friend Chewbacca Ben Felix, or was that for Princess Leia?
It's all very foggy.
Ep 16: Live at IAFP 2024
Q: Would just love to get your thought on if you in your modeling have looked at basing on the salary being with most integration, a little more efficient, RSP room generated and so forth versus giving up that employer contribution to CPP?
The benefits of using salary on top of that over the long run far outweigh the cost of the employer contribution given up to the government.
