  • In the rocks

Great podcast with Charles Joly. Thankfully, the Aviary sell the glass and the slingshot for the iIn The Rocks cocktail. I just make my own ice spheres with a round mold that I freeze for 1 1/2 hours and then flip over and freeze for another 1 1/2 hours. That gives me a quarter inch shell which I’m able to then drain to put the cocktail into. Always completely blows everyone’s mind when they see one of those at a home bar. Keep up the great work

Q: Thoughts on how to map cocktail space and visualize it with axes like spirit, sweetness, or novelty?
