I saw a colleague deliver a complex feature using natural language prompts and realized AI could handle much of the coding work, which shifted my approach from dependency on contractors to investing time into AI-assisted workflows and product intuition.

You also track data closely and double resources on ads that outperform, continually refreshing with human-guided creativity to avoid AI slug.

Q: What was your creative operation like in the early days, and what inspired you to bring AI into the process so aggressively?
We started with an external creative supplier for a year and then internalized both UA and creative production. The idea was to reinvent app operations around generative AI, leveraging early adoption of AI to build the right systems, data signals, and workflow so we could scale creativity with better efficiency while maintaining quality.
