    Just listened to S6E28, you guys have got me thinking about weight loss so differently.

    You’re right maintaining the weight you’ve lost is a whole lot harder and the bit about maintaining the weight you’ve lost and cementing those new lifestyle habits is a game changer for me, I always just wanted to lose the weight in one episode, but I think now I’ll just take my time and work on building healthy habits.
