  • Wish I knew about this sooner!

Oh how I wish I had this information, 10, 20, 30 years ago! I’m just happy that I have it now. My favorite part is how each person checks in at the beginning with where they are in the cycle. Such a great acknowledgment of the individual and how we are all in different places at any moment and all is welcome! I’m enjoying learning about cyclical living as well as perimenopause.

  • Favorite Podcast for Cyclical Living and Creating

What I didn’t expect is how so many of the episodes would help me to reconnect more deeply to myself and feel accompanied in my creative journey both personally and professionally. Especially during stretch times or uncomfortable moments of leadership I find myself dipping in here for deep meaning, self-care and nourishment. Thank you this is one of my favorite podcasts!
