I appreciate that the ads are all before and after each story now. Because they were annoying in the middle of the episode so I’m glad those are gone and I can relax into the vibe of the episode.
This show offers several different types of bedtime reflections - some are sensory, guided sleep journeys, while others are calm stories that help your mind relax and fall asleep. Very effective for getting me relaxed at bedtime. She's now posting two stories each week, so the library is growing quickly.
