Very informative. Finally a look behind the curtain of the medical, pharma, and food production.
Different than all the other podcasts. I’ve only listened to 3 so far but they are interesting and I’ve learned new information. Thank you!
Was excited to hear insights and progress of the MAHA movement. However, the interviews are too long and the guests are largely doing self-promotions. The profanity is completely unnecessary and discredits the information provided. Del Bigtree seems to fancy himself as Joe Rogan w/ the long interviews, profanity, and questionable guests. It’s not working. Disappointed because it could have so much potential!

This show often centers on health policy, nutrition reform, and medical freedom, with conversations spanning public health policy, consumer advocacy, and real-food movements. Episodes frequently feature activists, clinicians, journalists, and policymakers who critique mainstream health institutions and push for greater transparency, accountability, and patient autonomy. A standout aspect is the sustained emphasis on real-food and preventive health, coupled with a willingness to challenge established agencies and industry practices.
